What type of baked goods do you offer at Knot Just Cake?
We offer a variety of baked goods including cakes, cookies, brownies, krispies, and quick breads. Check out the "Products" tab for a more comprehensive list.
Do you offer gluten-free options?
Yes, many of our products can be made gluten free. If you see a product that is not listed as gluten free, feel free to reach out and we will do what we can to accommodate.
Do you have a storefront that I can visit?
We are very excited to have joined Code 1 BBQ in Wilmington! Knot Just Cake treats are available from the dessert case inside Code 1 BBQ, at local farmer's markets, and online. Check out the "Classes and Upcoming Events" tab for the current farmer's market schedule.
How do I place a custom order?
Please use the Contact Us section on the homepage or on each of the Custom Cakes, Cupcakes, Cookies and Catering pages to place an order. You can also send an email to knotjustcake@gmail.com
Do you have a gluten free or nut free facility?
Knot Just Cake does not have a dedicated allergen free facility. While we do our very best to be aware of all sources of allergens, there is always a chance of contamination. If you have an allergy or dietary restriction, please inform us prior to placing an order.
How long will it take to receive my online order?
Processing time is typically 2-5 business days to prepare your order and we ship USPS Ground Advantage which has a 2-5 day shipping time.
Can I pickup my order if I'm local?
Absolutely! Processing times for pickup orders are approximately 2-5 business days. You can select a pickup time at checkout and we will contact you if any changes need to be made.
Do you offer classes?
Yes! We offer cookie, cupcake and cake decorating classes hosted at Code 1 BBQ. Check out the "Classes and Upcoming Events" page for more information
Are classes refundable?
Classes are not refundable but they are transferable. If for some reason the class needs to be cancelled, we will issue refunds.
