My first foray into baking was as a volunteer for Icing Smiles, where I lovingly created cakes for kids suffering from critical illnesses. From there, I knew I had to keep exploring.

 

Using friends and family as over-eager taste-testers, I experimented with different flavor combinations to put my own twist on classic treats.

 

Once friends of friends started ordering for events I knew I had something special. Orders started coming through for weddings, birthdays, and other special events. Now I get to spend everyday living out my dream.
